Leading
through
Disruption

We're far apart, but still connected

Join us December 8-9, 2020, for this exclusive online live event.

The 5th Annual Women in Design+Construction Conference is going online this year, but the inspiration, education, and camaraderie you love remains strong. We invite you to join us as we come together to celebrate women in the construction industry.

The WIDC 2020 conference will focus on two crucial themes for AEC professionals:

Leading through disruption — The COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent economic downturn have sent the U.S. construction industry into turmoil. Learn how AEC firm leaders coach and inspire their teams and colleagues during the toughest of times.

Planning for 2021 — Learn how your peers are setting their plans for 2021, from personal development to team building to leadership training.
